Incident feedback
Giving continues feedback on incidents will ensure PacketAI trains and improves algorithms for better results.
Incident feedback is in the top right of the page
Feedback can be given on 2 incident anomalies that PacketAI considers the most important:
  • Incident anomaly - the anomaly which is considered the KPI anomaly
  • Incident root cause anomaly - the anomaly which started the incident
Feedback on these anomalies can be given in two steps:
  1. 1.
    Thumbs up or down(required) - rating the anomaly as accurate or inaccurate
  2. 2.
    Submitting feedback by selecting a give option or writing a response(not required) - rating the anomaly further to evaluate the results more precisely
Submitting positive feedback for a KPI anomaly by selecting a given option
Submitting negative feedback for a root cause anomaly by writing a response
